Exchange and Return Policy for Online Orders

Exchange or Return Process:

  1. Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
  2. Contact customer service through the website via WhatsApp (messages only) to notify them of the exchange or return and register the request status.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 20 days, after deducting the shipping cost.

Exchange and Return Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused. Any used, damaged, or incomplete product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
  2. The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
  3. Customers can exchange or return a product (e.g., change of size, color, or product) by delivering it to the nearest Aramex branch. The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs, including re-export fees.
  4. Customers have the right to request a refund if they no longer want the product, provided it is returned in its original condition.
  5. All order and shipping documents must be sent to customer service to facilitate order tracking.
  6. If the order was eligible for free shipping, the customer will be charged re-export fees.
  7. For purchases made during promotional periods, all items in the order must be returned for an exchange or refund.
  8. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed through physical branches.
  9. If the product has a manufacturing defect or if there was an error in the order, the company will cover all shipping and return costs.
