Exchange and Return Policy for Online Orders
Exchange or Return Process:
- Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
- Contact customer service through the website via WhatsApp (messages only) to notify them of the exchange or return and register the request status.
- Refunds will be processed within 20 days, after deducting the shipping cost.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused. Any used, damaged, or incomplete product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
- Customers can exchange or return a product (e.g., change of size, color, or product) by delivering it to the nearest Aramex branch. The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs, including re-export fees.
- Customers have the right to request a refund if they no longer want the product, provided it is returned in its original condition.
- All order and shipping documents must be sent to customer service to facilitate order tracking.
- If the order was eligible for free shipping, the customer will be charged re-export fees.
- For purchases made during promotional periods, all items in the order must be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Exchanges or returns cannot be processed through physical branches.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or if there was an error in the order, the company will cover all shipping and return costs.
